Common Tenant FAQs

❓ When is rent due, and how can I pay it?

         Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay securely through the Tenant Portal using a bank transfer or credit card.

🐾 Can I have pets in the rental?

         Pet policies vary by property. Check your lease agreement or contact us directly for details on pet fees, restrictions, and approvals.

🔧 What do I do if something needs to be repaired?

          For non-emergency repairs, submit a request through the Resident Portal. If you have an emergency like a major leak or no heat, call us at (910) 421-0049 immediately.

💡 Who is responsible for utilities?

         Responsibility for utilities depends on your lease agreement. Most residents are responsible for electricity, water, trash, and internet. Need a list of your potential utility providers' contact information - check here.

🚪 How do I renew or end my lease?

          We’ll contact you before your lease ends to discuss renewal options. If you plan to move out, let us know at least 60 days in advance and follow the Move-Out Guidelines that will be provided for a smooth exit.
