No Guarantee of Approval or Availability: Submitting a rental application or inquiry through the Site does not guarantee approval, availability, or that a property will be held for you. Applications are evaluated under our written screening criteria, applied consistently and without regard to any protected class.
Intellectual Property: All text, graphics, logos, and photographs on the Site are owned by or licensed to Liberty Property Management, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Third-Party Links: The Site may link to third-party platforms, including AppFolio owner/tenant portals, Tenant Turner, and social media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability: The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Liberty Property Management, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be venued in the North Carolina county where Liberty Property Management, LLC maintains its principal office.
